Raw silk is stiff enough to give a sleeveless blouse real structure, so the armhole and neckline stay where they were cut. The boat neck sits wide and high, which balances a heavy saree pallu. Concealed back hooks and a lined body.

Raw silk creases across the front if you sit for a long time. It hangs out overnight.
Styling: Wear the gold with anything ivory, cream or deep green.
Care and storage
Dry clean only.
- Store folded in a breathable cotton or muslin bag, never in plastic — trapped damp is what yellows silk.
- Refold along different lines once a year so permanent creases do not set into the same place.
- Blot spills, never rub. Rubbing lifts the surface fibres and leaves a dull patch.
