About this saree
Six fine safety pins for pleats, four flat-back brooch pins for the pallu at the shoulder, and two long pins for the waist. Every point is polished, because a rough pin point is how sarees get damaged. Nickel-free, so they are fine against skin.

What we would tell you in the shop
Pins do not grip organza or net reliably. For those, use the flat-back brooch pins through the blouse seam, not the fabric.
Styling: Keep the tin in whatever bag you take to events and you will never be caught out.
Care and storage
Keep dry. Store in the tin.
- Store folded in a breathable cotton or muslin bag, never in plastic — trapped damp is what yellows silk.
- Refold along different lines once a year so permanent creases do not set into the same place.
- Blot spills, never rub. Rubbing lifts the surface fibres and leaves a dull patch.
